On the heels of Outdoor Retailer in Denver, the BigCommerce team went to CommerceNext in New York City and left a big mark in the Big Apple.
In the heart of a metropolis of fashion-forward thinkers and emerging trend makers, CommerceNext hosted a two-day, jam-packed event series and conference for a community of marketers seeking to advance their businesses in the retail and direct to consumer digital space by implementing new, innovative experiences online.
As a cutting-edge ecommerce platform, BigCommerce joined like-minded, trailblazing retail brands including Steve Madden, American Eagle Outfitters and Nespresso, and delivered timely ecommerce insights during its speaking session, “Taking Your Social Commerce Game to the Next Level.”
The CommerceNext Breakout Session
BigCommerce Vice President of Revenue Growth, Sharon Gee, along with industry experts Jan Gandhi of Meta and Chip Overstreet of Spiceology, offered insights and actionable advice for businesses eager to enhance their omnichannel selling strategies with social commerce.
Their discussion buzzed with more than 80 attendees absorbing the methods consumers use for social product discovery to make purchases, and a presentation of real-world illustrations of strategies designed to drive business growth.
After the hustle and bustle of conversing with industry change-makers, the BigCommerce team served cocktails at a special networking event with CommX members against the backdrop of skyline views at The Peninsula Rooftop.
Thanks to all who attended, and a BIG thanks to our partners, Redstage, Bloomreach, Avalara and TikTok, for connecting with us during the event.
If you missed us this time, you’re in luck! We’ll be back to the big city soon for GROWnyc 2022 on July 19-20, and we hope to see you there. Be sure to stop by our booth and say hello!
