In SAP Business One, the Account of Zoho Desk is included as Customer Details under Business Partner Master Data. A new contact is added to the same Business Partner Master Data as a Contact Person. Items

Products from Zoho Desk can be inserted as new items in SAP B1 Item Master Data.
